Make NTP sites symmetric.

Earlier there were 8 columns and  1 row.

Now, there are 2 rows, 10 columns in 1st row & 5 columns in 2nd row. Why this inconsistency? 

Most ideal situation: 2 rows with 8 columns in each row.
