Make it easier to use the Eye Dropper

Would it be possible to make it easier to access the Eye Dropper? I use it fairly often, and the way Chromium does it is cumbersome. It would be nice if it worked more like the way it does in Firefox.

Please excuse the slow reply. I don't think I got notification there was one.

When I need to use the eye dropper I use Firefox. It's so much easier.
