[macOS] missing padding of every website while in full-screen mode

Copper Contributor

I've found that when using Edge on macOS in full-screen mode.

The top padding of every website is gone.

I've attached 2 screenshots here

1 is on full-screen mode and one is not.

You'll see that the full-screen mode cut of padding of the website which should be a bug.

Noted that it occurred with every website.

I try to search for the same issue here but couldn't manage to find it.

Hi there, you are welcome to the Microsoft Edge Insider Community Hub!

Yes, till where my knowledge goes there was no conversation opened in this community on this bug.

Thanks for reporting the issue here. I would recommend you to send feedback about this bug through the in-app feedback tool in Microsoft Edge (Alt+Shift+I) with the diagnostics attached in order to help the Microsoft Edge dev team to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

This happens for me as well - it's driving me bonkers. I really like the new Edge and want to use it across all platforms but this is giving me heartburn.

I submitted a report as well but this really shows it best with the two comparisons.

Agreed, it makes me very annoying.
but so sad, looks like Microsoft only focused on top feedbacks :(

maybe macOS's user base voices are not enough for them.
