Problem: when I use Web Capture -> Markup, most of the time I want to put emphasis on text. But this is clunky, inefficient and unattractive.
Solution: Add the ability to draw straight lines, either with hotkey (ctrl + drag mouse?) or add a highlighter which intelligently covers text.
