Improved responsiveness in Canary

I restarted Edge Canary and an update started and I noticed that websites were loading faster and were more responsive. I don't know what you did, but don't remove it!

Hmm I haven't received any updates since yesterday, I'm still on Version 79.0.287.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

It might have been a flag or a chromium source change, I guess, but its definitely quicker loading.
