Importing open tabs does not work

Great article, but importing open tabs does not work. As the author says, for tab-hoarders, this is an important function.

Would love to try out Edge, but this issue is a show stopper.

If you're experiencing this problem in Windows, make sure Chrome is closed before you import - this should now work.
