<title> element not dispalyed in title bar of window(html page) opened by window.open() in IE mode of Edge.

Instead of <title> element, url of this html page is displayed.

But ater reloading the same page, <title> element is dispalyed without problems.

Is this a bug ?

Is there any solutions to resolve the problem?

I don't know the reason but, this problem does not always occur.

Is there something to do with browser cache ?

Any hints to resolve the problem are welcomed.
