Are you on a domain-managed or personal machine? What version of MS Edge Canary are you using? To check enter edge://settings/help in the address bar. Also, please share a screenshot of the apps you do have available. MS Edge has a built-in capture tool. To launch it click on the ellipsis(...) top right > Web capture.
