HTTPS Version Not Loading in Edge and Chrome both

I'm working on my client's website (www.winproactivator.com). I was testing if website is opening in all browsers. Unfortunately, It is not opening in Edge and Chrome both. I tried updating the browsers and also cleared the cache, but it didn't worked. 

Can someone help me out?

I have used Cloudflare service along with Really Simple SSL plugin to make this website secure.

While maintaining cloud flare settings, try using SSL Zen plugin to make your website secure.
I hope this will work.
