How to remove Black Frames around Text Boxes in Apps?

How can I remove the black frames that form around text boxes, the cursor and pages in apps? The border or frame lasts only 2 or 3 seconds then fades away. This is new. Not sure what I did but cannot undo. Thanks Al Dark frame fades in seconds

Hi there Al, 

this is part of Edge's accessibility features.  
To undo it, please go to edge://settings/accessibility and disable the first option "Show a high visibility outline..."
