I had opened a conversation about this issue over here where Microsoft had replied that it is a known issue to them and they are tracking and looking into this issue internally.
This issue is seen on some websites such as YouTube and Microsoft Tech Community. It would be great if you also feedback through the in-app feedback tool (Alt+Shift+I) in Microsoft Edge with the diagnostics attached.
