FIXED in Microsoft Edge Version 83.0.471.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
There is an unexpected behavior happening in Edge Version 83.0.467.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
(feel free to call it bug)
I have that version of Edge on Windows 10 and on a Mac VM. both open at the same time.
on either of the machines, when I right-click on an extension icon on the toolbar and select "move to menu", after few seconds on the other machine, I see the extension icon goes to the right side of the toolbar, instead of going to the menu. (menu = Edge's main menu, the ellipsis button, 3 dots button).

The Orange line is what is happening which is an unexpected behavior/bug, and the green line is the expected behavior that is Not happening.
All sync options are on.
It doesn't always jump to the rightmost side of the toolbar, sometimes it only goes 2 or 3 slots to the right, on the other machine.
