Feature suggestion: search panel in new Edge

There is feature in the old Edge(on edgehtml) without which I don't want to use any browser based on chromium - in fullscreen mode you can drag your cursor to the top of your screen and see top panel with tabs and search instead of suggestion to switch off fullscreen mode(I see it in every browser based on chromium). Is it possible to release it in new Edge?

it is available in the Edge insider canary, should be available in Dev too.

go to the flags: edge://flags/

and follow the screenshot, the flag you're gonna want to enable is called #edge-enable-shy-ui
