Feature Suggestion: "All Tabs" Menu

It would be great if there was an "All Tabs" Menu that listed all tabs open in the current window (and optionally all tabs open in all windows), accessed via a drop-down arrow next to the New Tab button, like Firefox used to have.

It would look kind of like this, but better integrated and in the tab bar:

@F-Lambda, would you want this as a button, or would you rather a setting that allows you to select a vertical or horizontal tab band?  We recognize that for power users that have a bunch of open tabs, the current solution is far from ideal, and are looking at several possible ways to give users better ways to manage their tabs.  Thanks - Elliot
