FEATURE REQUEST: Separate Stop/Refresh Buttons

This reminds me of the Internet Explorer days... so Microsoft, please add to Edge the ability to separate the Stop and Refresh buttons!

I know what you mean, sometimes I need to force refresh a page without stopping it from loading, I use F5 for it on the keyboard.
