Sometime I get this completely empty new tab that didn't load at all. I think this is a bug.
@Limyx826 Thanks for letting us know! If you haven't yet, can you please submit a diagnostic log through the in-browser feedback? Our devs would love to look into this further.

Feedback and diagnostics data had been sent the day I post this discussion. Currently the issue is resolved on my side by delete the cookies stored by ntp.msn.com in the setting page.
