Editing Quick Links

I would like to be able to customize the quick links in Edge for Windows + Android.

1. Edit the number of links visible
2. Change the order of links
3. Have a section for top sites and quick links
4. Add a shortcuts to Edge favourites, settings, downloads etc
5. Pin and unpin top sites
