Hi,
as your post I give you screenshot about my Edge Chromium work profile sync problem.
Step1.jpg and step2.jpg show my Edge configuration. After enabling sync I return in setting screen and nothing is changed. I have always step1.jpg and step2.jpg screen.
I attached my configuration on Office365.
