Whenever I open edge in windows 10 on my PC there is a page pop up NOT YOUR LANGUAGE OR REGION? English(United States) is first selection. It does not recognize or remember my settings which are defaulted to English. Is this a keyboard problem or software. I let 2 microsoft techs share my screen we checked settings language and nothing fixes this, even there repair tool didnt. ANyone else have this probelm
