One of my users is having an issue with sync in Edge. He was piloting the canary build before it went stable, and thinks this has something to do with it. All of my other accounts can sync fine and my tenant has all of the correct pre-requisites set up (AD/AAD Hybrid environment, AAD Premium P2, A5 licensing with AIP license and enabled). It's just his account that sync is not working for. I read on another post about another user having the same issues after piloting the canary build and he had to "request a purge of your Edge cloud server data". I attached a screenshot of the sync-internals page.
