Edge on Mac OS constantly reframes due to Menu bar

This is what happens when you move the pointer to the top of the screen in Safari:

The Menu bar smoothly drops down and goes away (The menu bar moves but the browser doesn't).

But this is what happens when you move the pointer to the top of the screen in Edge:

The menu bar comes down but then the screen shakes up.

The menu bar is PUSHING the whole page down instead of simply just dropping on top of it. Then when the menu bar goes back into hiding the whole pages gets bounced up. This is extremely distracting.

A better solution would be simply to bring the menu bar ONTOP of the browser instead of pushing the browser down every time (which results in it constantly having to reframe itself).
