Edge + Lingvo

Copper Contributor

I have a program ABBY Lingvo. Using the combination Ctrl+C+C on the selected word I have a window with translations of words in a variety of dictionaries. But after the last or penultimate update of Edge Canary, the combination in the browser window stopped working for me. It works in all the other Windows, but not here.

Program or browser extension?

i can't find any downloadable program, just extension.
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lingvo-translator%20/gjceecgpmolmpdeidmfehcfepdfmmffl

so, I just installed it and tested it on YouTube comments using ENG to RU translation and it Worked fine.
just double click on each word for the translation pop up to appear.
it's not the best translation extension I used, the lack of available languages, poor detection when dealing with informal words etc.
I've used ABBYY software before, I used their OCR software and it was really good.

anyway, I'm using latest Edge Version 78.0.249.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
the extension doesn't work on all websites though, but it does work. i think whatever the problem is the extension developer should fix it or at least be notified.

Thank you, but I use special dictionaries, which are supported only in the program. Expansion is not what I need. This is a paid program. http://www.lingvo.ru/

Today downloaded Edge Beta. In this browser, the combination of the Lingvo program works fine.
