Edge Legacy browser favorites import fails

We've started testing deploying Edge Chromium and on machines where we don't do a side by side install, favorites from Edge Legacy are not imported. We haven't test side by side deployments yet. Are there any logs we can look at? What is the expected behavior? 

Any tips?

@Beau Mersereau Thanks for reaching out. The team has made some recent updates; are you still encountering issues with syncing on deployment? If so, can you please give us specs on the machines and version of Edge?
