Edge is moving entries from Favorites to Other Favorites

I am running Version 85.0.545.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit).  The last few days Edge is moving entries from Favorites to Other Favorites.  Any suggestions as to why?

@ronha365 Thanks for letting us know! We have a couple of questions for you:

1. Did this happen after you tried to sync Favorites across different channels or multiple devices
2. Do you see the same behavior on other preview builds?
3. Are there any duplicates in the two folders?
4. If you haven't yet, can you please submit feedback and diagnostic data through the browser? (Shift+Alt+I)

I reset iCloud on my PC and that seems to have solved the problem.  EDGE was moving entries in Favorites Bar to Other Favorites and deleting the entry from Favorites Bar.  

1. Did this happen after you tried to sync Favorites across different channels or multiple devices?  NO
2. Do you see the same behavior on other preview builds?  I DID NOT CHECK
3. Are there any duplicates in the two folders?  NO
4. If you haven't yet, can you please submit feedback and diagnostic data through the browser? (Shift+Alt+I)  I DID
