Edge has finally become the second most used browser, according to Netmarketshare.
This is good news, but a look at the data shows something else interesting: Most of the gain is from Firefox and Explorer. Edge isn't pulling many people from chrome yet. Explorer shows the Microsoft Edge download page the first time it runs after it was implemented, so that explains some of the rise. Meanwhile chrome is still flirting with the 67-69% its been doing for the past year and a half.
