Edge homepage overlays other sites when I select a page from Favorites, see attached.

What are you talking about? there is no alt shift i on mobile.

Feedback can be sent on Edge mobile by clicking on 3 dots button seen in the pic and then send feedback button.

laptop? and not PC? or Mac?

it's not necessary, it's for Edge desktop feedbacks.

Edge mobile has its own feedback button and system.
