Edge cause Windows to crash

Hello :) 

I am a Windows Insider running the latest dev build of Windows 11 on my Surface Pro 5. 

Sometimes when I have a video ran in edge or researching than turn of Surface then come back, it suddenly goes to a "Green Screen of Death", aka the Blue screen but it was green since of my accent color. 

It said windows insider build ran into a problem, needs to collect some data then restart for you. 

Error Code: Dam_watchdogtimeout or something, 

Anyone else having this issues?
