When I delete a shortcut on the desktop, the edge browser will always create a new shortcut on the desktop. I want to decide whether the browser will automatically create a shortcut

There was a known issue, where the MS Edge shortcut icon was being added automatically to the desktop. Try updating your browser to version 109.0.1518.78 which contains the fix. To run the updater, enter edge://settings/help in the address bar.
