Dragging address (icon) bar to bookmark bar will not always save

So, you can drag from address bar icon to bookmarks bar to save page as bookmark. I use this tons. 

On DEV channel, this will not always work for me. I would say 50:50.

I did. I did not know if they even see those.

They do, you will also receive follow up emails when they work on your feedback or when it's fixed/implemented.
it's what developers say on the community that the best way to send feedback is Edge feedback button.
