Drag down to resize in Edge Dev not working

After last week's update I noticed that drag vertically from the top of Edge Dev no longer works. Dragging from the corners, sides, and bottom work fine. See attached screenshots for an example. Anyone else notice this?

This issue is resolved in Edge (Canary) version 85.0.558.0, so this issue should be resolved when the Dev Channel Update comes this week.
