Hey there @Henry-Williams1889! Thanks for the report on this, I'm flagging it to the team for a closer look at what might be going on here. I'll circle back with you if I need additional information, but in the meantime you can use the downloads management page (edge://downloads/all) to manage your downloads.
If you don't mind also checking your ... menu zoom setting as well as the zoom setting on edge://settings/appearance, and seeing if changing that setting changes the behavior at all, I'd appreciate it!
