DEV version 84.0.516.1 & 84.0.22.5
When a site is added to the 'Do Not Clear' list, the cookies are preserved, but the local storage is deleted. This is a change from earlier versions where the local storage was also preserved. I have at least one site (feedly.com) which stores the login info in the local storage, not the cookie.
Was this a deliberate change? or a bug?
