strange, I'm on the same version and styles are loading

Version 90.0.816.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

maybe its caused by the language(chinese)...
today i update my browser . and unchecked 'match browser language'. then it worked......

So it did work before With Chinese language, but not anymore?
