1/10/23: Hi Insiders! Thanks for bringing the update issue to our attention. We've released the Dev build 110.0.1587.6 today, which fixes the problem. Thank you again for your help and patience.
Hello Insiders! We are excited to kick off the new year with the release of Dev build 110.0.1587.1 to the Dev channel to all platforms except Mac. Mac users will receive the Dev build at a later date. This build includes a range of fixes, new policies, new API, and new features for Android. @asdy4 @g_keramidas Thanks for the report! We're already aware and working on it. Are you able to install Dev directly from the Edge Insider website? I am unsure if this will resolve y'all or if you have tried, so I wanted to check in just to be sure. I can let the team know the situation either way. :)

@asdy4 I have been able to run the Dev channel after updating manually, it's why I ask y'all to give it a shot. Please try reinstalling from the website so that I can let the team know if that helps or not. :3

Uninstalling and reinstalling from the Edge Insider website solved it for me as well. I was a bit nervous to do this, but fortunately, all my tabs restored.
