Darkling Dark mode extension contain malware

Hi

I have just received a warning notice for Darkling Dark mode, Version1.5.6

Stating that this extesion contains malware and requesting that I should remove it.

I am not sure what to do. Should I remove the extension or ignore it.

Please advise.
