Dark Scroll Bar

Hi there Edge team,

Is there any plan to replace the current scroll bar with a new one? The current one looks dated. It can be replaced with a dark scroll bar like the one used in Office apps, or the one used on Edge pages.

The one on the NTP looks modern

also custom scrollbars are something that website developers can set for their websites
