CTRL+S → Save as .MHTML → Some files are not saved and are shown as "Canceled"

Most of the files I save via CTRL+S are saved properly, with the "Open file" link in the box at the bottom of the window.

 

However, for some pages, instead of "Open file", the label "Canceled" shows up.

 

When is the Save operation ever cancelled? It's most bothering
