I think you are asking how to turn that off... You need to the use an enterprise policy (GPO) to specify the list of search engines. There is a parameter that will disable this.

Look at the exmple provided and you will see
{ "allow_search_engine_discovery": true },
which you can set to false.
I am not aware of a method to set it by itself or in the GUI.
