Country/Region in Bing search defaulting to United States

When I am using an edge profile that is signed in to an Office365 business account my bing search will always default to United States for the country/region.

If I creat a new profile and don't sign in to a O365 account, or if I sign out from the account with the current profile I'm using the issue clears. Edge will then remember the region I have specified for all subsequent searches.

Every setting on my computer has the region set to Australia, and I am unable to locate any Office365 setting set to United States.

This only seems to happen when the new tab page is set too be the Office 365 preview page.

If the new tab page is set to be the inspirational/news view then it remembers my region.
Creating a new tab default to the Office 365 view changes the region to United States.
