Copy table from browser (edge or chrome) loses all formating

Copper Contributor

I recently upgraded to Windows 10.  I have lost the functionality.  I copy data from tables in my browser and paste them into excel.  The formatting would carry over.  However now when I copy the table data and paste it, it all ends up in one row.

I found a work-a-round by pasting into notepad++ and then copy from notepat++ into excel.  This is cumbersome and extra work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?  This worked perfectly fine in Windows 7 pro (what I had prior to updating to Win10).

Thanks

Mike
