@sunshine4u As of right now, no. They still have a lot of work before they release collections to stable. I would use the feedback button to let them know about your suggestion.

Hi,
you can do it. If you accidentally deleted something in Collections, disconnect your Internet quickly.
then install Edge canary/Dev on another computer. start syncing your data by singing in and you should see the untouched version of your Collections in that browser which is downloaded from the Cloud, Before your deletion action was synced to the cloud.

On Canary it's been available for 2 weeks now. must be available on Dev too
