Clear Browsing Data hangs

Using Version 86.0.580.0 (Official build) Canary (64-bit) on Mac (10.15.6) and the Clear browsing data spins forever and does not clear any data. I tried clearing only one type of data (e.g., Browsing history, or Cookies and other site data) and with different time ranges, but it makes no difference.
