Trying to understand if it is possible to change the URL of a pinned page. Once pinned, the "app" is manageable at edge://app but there doesn't appear to be a way to edit the URL.

Hi,
That's right, when a website is pined as an app in Edge insider, the URL is captured automatically, if you want to change the URL, you should type that URL in the address bar and save that as another app.
