Cannot install Google Play Books extension in Chrome Dev 75.0.139.1

On Chrome Dev 75.0.139.1, you can't install this extension:

It displays a message:

An error has occurred

This item is already being downloaded and added into Chrome.

@ianwuk The same thing happens for me in Edge Canary 76.0.146.0 as well as Edge Dev. 75.0.139.1.

@ianwuk Eventually. As an Insider, I try to duplicate as many bugs other people are experiencing so that we can demonstrate to Microsoft the extent of the bug, that it doesn't affect just one person.

@Elliot Kirk - This is another issue where Google is not playing nicely with Edge Chromium.

This time it's Google's own Chrome extensions.
