Cannot change search engines on the latest version

Has Microsoft removed the ability to change search engines or is this just an error with the last version?

The answer will make a lot of difference as to whether I continue with Edge!

We've got a bug with Settings right now where the entire Services section is missing, which includes the search provider settings. Check back in a couple of days and it should be fixed!
