Hello Insiders, today is our initial experiment with release notes for the Canary channel! Since this is our first time swapping out weekly for daily release notes, please make sure you read these notes up and down to determine if there’s enough noteworthy content for us to do this again. Also, we hope you enjoy the different tone of voice and don’t find it too difficult to decipher and find what’s next:

@Cameron_Bush Good job, keep going! The missing word in both of those sentences is "keyboard", by the way. It was totally not intentional that those words were missing, I think the forums filtered them out for some reason. Everything else about this post was intentional though

@josh_bodner I admit it: I procrastinated on other work to decipher this. But, for all canary users, hooray on the daily notes!
IDK if people are excited about trying or...others just want the changelog, haha Being in on the joke is fun, but being out can be a bit worse.
If the deciphering people want some help, this is the probably most decent substitution tester if you're looking.
On the changelog: I'm curious about the easier way to add favorites, but unfortunately I'm on dev, so I'll need to wait. CTRL+D and the favorites button: easier than that?
Spoiler (obviously don't open this if you're having fun deciphering like I was!)
lugpavizrentjcxkbqfwmdyohs (plaintext)
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz (ciphertext alphabet)
Drop them here. Pick alphabetic substitution and "decode".
Don't hate me for sharing, hahah: I'm a man of the people.
EDIT: oh, whoops, someone already posted them, so I'm off the hook, bahahaha. That's what I get for sitting here trying to decide what's more fun, lmao

Could you also include any new Flags that have been added to here edge://flags? Would be a great help and time saver.

p.s. This is Great, please keep them coming, but umm without the scrambling...

Is anyone else getting the customize new tabs dialog popping up on EVERY page navigation and new page open?

@HotCakeX, My issue is that I can't actually set this, everytime I try the browser appears to reload and doesn't actual change the setting and everytime I open a new tab/page it prompts me about the new tab experience!

I don't believe this. I've been swearing at this for last few hours and all of sudden the problem went away!

SolutionAlso this from first letters of each "feature"
"Code Name of First Windows to Ship with IE"
Of course, that was "Chicago"

@Richard Hay Seems like Chicago won't be the end of this road, but I'm not sure where to head next. Tried a few places in Edge to use Chicago, such as edge://Chicago Haven't found anything promising yet.

@jbfraser1 There's some odd stuff happening over on Twitter too. And maybe even somewhere else... #FindWhatsNext

@Richard Hay Plug that into the blanks in the aka.ms/___ URL on twitter and you get: http://aka.ms/chicago
