I checked your video and could find out the problem that you have not selected the appropriate time range to clear the browsing data. When you try to clear the browsing data, you can select a time range i.e. for what period of time in the past, you want to clear the browsing data. You can do this by tapping on the time range given on the right side of the time range bar on the top and then select the appropriate time range (Note: By default, the time range is shown on the basis of what time range you had selected in the past to clear the browsing data. By default, it is one hour.)
