[bug report] drawimage flips the image in edge for android

Hello,

While developing an image processing website, I found this bug: 

When you try to copy the frames from a video onto a canvas with drawimage, it will flip the image upside down.

This only happens in edge for android. I tested it

- on desktop: edge, chrome, firefox: all good

- on android: chrome and firefox are good but not edge

I would recommend you to send feedback about this through the in-app feedback tool in Microsoft Edge Android which can be accessed through the ellipsis menu. Also tagging @johnjansen to further look into this issue.
