Bug: hovering over URL suggestions causes title/URL to shift

seems to effect both Chrome and Edge, but it seems to happen more in Edge. Please get this fixed because it's really distracting and annoying. Here is the chromium bug for it https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1124449
