Bing Daily Wallpaper bug

I have been using Microsoft Launcher since the days it was known as Arrow Launcher. And now, I am used to it. I am also in the Beta Program of Microsoft Launcher for Android. Earlier, I used to receive new wallpaper daily. But since I updated to the latest Beta build which is version 6.210104.0.943671, the wallpaper doesn't update automatically. To change the wallpaper, I have to click the wallpaper icon or have to go into the launcher settings to change it. @Gorden_Lin please help.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Do you mean the wallpaper on your home screen or your lock screen not updating? Could you please send us a screenshot of your wallpaper settings page for a better understanding?

@Ann_Yao_680 thanks for the reply. I have set Bing wallpaper for the home screen and a permanent wallpaper for the lock screen. The screenshot is attached for better reference.

Hi, thanks for your screenshot. Could you please send us a bug report by : Click launcher settings -> Help and feedback->Troubleshoot -> to click run test ten times in the upper right corner->Others -> Wallpaper -> send report. And please notify us once you sent it so that we could follow your case.

Warm tip: Please ensure you have enabled the Bing daily option and the internet connect is normal. Normally, our bing daily wallpaper update once per 24 hour.

@Ann_Yao_680 thanks for the reply. I have sent the feedback. I also wanted to inform you that the wallpaper update started to function again normally for the past 3 days. Might look for a week whether it is working or not and will text you again. :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I'm always up for providing feedback for the betterment of Microsoft products.
